Book Buyback Spring 2020
THIS IS FOR PURCHASED BOOKS: This is NOT for SCHOLARSHIP OR DUAL CREDIT BOOKS.
OPTION 1: Sell your books back through an online 3rd party vendor.
We’ve partnered with MBS books for a buyback program. This is a wholesale book buyback program only, which means that they will only refund you the value at which they pay nationwide for those materials. Crowder custom books are not eligible for this program and you will not receive 50% back on your books but you will receive free shipping and get a refund within 48 hours of the company receiving your books. Refund is subject to book condition as with all buyback and at the discretion of the buyer.
Click here to be redirected to the MBS website.
OPTION 2: You can ship/mail your books to the Crowder College Bookstore.
If you choose this method you will be responsible for shipping costs. However, you will receive 50% back on qualifying books. This refund will be credited to your student account. The cashier’s office, by means of Bank Mobile, will process your refund. Be sure to set up your refund options through Bank Mobile’s website. We will be posting a list of qualifying books on crowderbookstore.com. Refund is subject to condition of book. See below for requirements. If you ship books to us that we are not taking back, you will not receive a refund for them and they will not be shipped back to you.
Please include your NAME, ID# and a list of books in your package.
Ship books to:
ATTN: CROWDER COLLEGE BOOKSTORE/ BUYBACK
601 LACLEDE AVE
NEOSHO, MO 64850
OPTION 3: Curbside Buyback.
We will be offering a curbside pickup for Spring 2020 buyback. This will take place on specific days and times. You will need your Crowder ID or current photo ID to sell books back. CALL THE CAMPUS WHEN YOU ARRIVE. WE HAVE CAPACITY LIMITS AT ALL OF OUR LOCATIONS. If we can allow you inside we will, otherwise you may have to wait. Please be prepared. Again, book refunds are subject to the condition of your book. This refund will be credited to your student account. The cashier’s office, by means of Bank Mobile, will process your refund. Be sure to set up your refund options through Bank Mobile’s website.
Please check the list of qualifying books to see if your book qualifies for buyback. If you do not see a price listed next to your book that means your refund will be 50% of whatever you paid for it. If there is a price listed that means it is a wholesale book and we are no longer using it at Crowder College but you will get a base price for it.

DO NOT SELL BACK YOUR BOOKS as directed above. You should have gotten information in the mail explaining the process for your book returns. If you have not, please reach out to us at email@example.com or phone 417-455-5588 and we will respond as soon as possible. Your LOANED books are due back to the bookstore by May 22, 2020. This is an extension of 2 weeks due to these unusual circumstances. However, unreturned books will be billed to your student account for the full price of a new textbook. We will be providing a return label via email as explained in your mailed documentation. We cannot stress enough that you DO NOT SELL back your books but follow the procedure to return your books as outlined in the mailing.
