Instant Access FAQ
WHAT IS INSTANT ACCESS?
Well, it’s just what it sounds like, “Instant Access.” Whether that is instant access to your eBook, homework manager, lab book etc.
HOWEVER, lets discuss some details.
WHAT AM I BUYING?
You are required to buy a “proof of purchase” from the Bookstore. This is not an access code! The textbook company has given you free access until the last day to drop your class. After that time, the company wants proof you have purchased rights to access their course materials.
WHY CAN’T I JUST BUY THE LOOSE-LEAF BOOK?
The loose-leaf book is a provision provided by the textbook institution to accompany the instant access. It cannot be purchased without first purchasing the instant access/proof of purchase because it would infringe upon copyright laws.
WHAT IF I DID NOT PURCHASE THE INSTANT ACCESS?
If you did not purchase your “instant access/proof of purchase” from the bookstore before the last day to drop your class, your access to course materials will be terminated. After this time, we cannot sell you access. In order to regain your access, you must purchase it directly from the company. (example: MCGRAW HILL) The price you pay will be considerably higher than buying in the bookstore, so don’t delay in purchasing yours from your local campus bookstore.
