When placing an online order for books we MUST HAVE YOUR ID entered even though the field is not required, this is for ALL orders credit card or student charge!
Please choose Student Account if you want us to charge to your Crowder Student Account or select the credit card option to pay at the time we process your order. If we attempt to process your order and it is rejected due to payment we will reach out to you to get the payment corrected.
Once books have shipped the order cannot be cancelled or changed. books may be returned for 100% book credit only if you drop the class. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied for all other returns. A detailed book return policy is outlined below:
BOOK RETURN POLICY
The time frame to return books for a 100% refund are the same dates as the time frame to drop classes for 100% refund. Books must be in the same condition as when purchased, i.e. software must be unopened, access codes must be unopened or not scratched off, lab books must not be written in, if the book was purchased new must still “look” new. Books will be refunded to the same payment type as charged. If a credit card was used for the purchase we will need the same card to proceed with the refund. The Bookstore has the final authority on refund policy.
All orders will be sent UPS and charged a UPS freight charge, Once the order is shipped there is NO REFUND given on freight. After the books are sent you will get an email with order tracking information for your convenience.
Orders typically ship within 48 hours after receipt of the order unless the College is closed for holidays or inclement weather.
