Buybacks are held at the end of every semester during finals week and the week after.

Fall 2025 will be December 8th – December 19th. Neosho will be the only active buyback location. You may come to the Neosho campus Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30pm or return your books via mail or UPS. Should you decide to ship your books in for buyback please be sure to have your name and student ID in the package so we will know who to issue the buyback to, books must also arrive by the end of buyback date or be postmarked by that date. Also be sure to only send back the books we are buying back, books returned that do not have buyback value will be recycled.

100% drop, full refund on qualifying books and textbook service fees end on the same day as the 100% tuition drop date. After this date you will need to wait till buy back to sell back your books and you will NOT get 100% back. SO IF YOU DROP A CLASS PLEASE BE SURE TO RETURN YOUR BOOKS TO NEOSHO PRIOR TO THAT 100% tuition refund date. Check the academic calendar for those dates each semester.

RENTAL books for FALL 2025 are due back by DECEMBER 19TH. IF BOOKS ARE NOT RETURNED BY THIS DATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL NEW BOOK PRICE NON RETURNED RENTAL BOOK CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR BUYBACK

DUAL CREDIT, RENTAL & SCHOLARSHIP BOOKS

THESE BOOKS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE SOLD BACK BUT YOU MUST RETURN YOUR BOOKS BY THE FRIDAY OF FINALS WEEK TO AVOID BEING CHARGED FOR THE BOOK, but there are no monetary refunds due for these type of books. Your LOANED AND RENTAL books are due back to the bookstore by December 19th , 2025 IF YOU DO NOT RETURN YOUR BOOKS BY THIS DATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL NEW BOOK PRICE NON RETURNED RENTAL BOOK CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR BUYBACK

If in person return is not a good fit for your schedule you can have someone else drop them off for you (be sure you give them your ID#) OR mail them back to us at your own expense. As long as the package is POSTMARKED by the DUE DATE they will not be counted as late. Please include a note in your package with your ID number and a return address.
